YLL Chain Grate Coal Fired Thermal Oil Heaters
Thermal fluid heating is a type of indirect heating in which a liquid phase heat transfer medium is heated and circulated to one or more heat energy users within a closed loop system.
Romiter YLL series vertical chain grate thermal fluid heater is designed for small heat energy users in a very economical way. Coal feeding and cinder discharging are highly automatical. The cinder discharging port is water sealed to creat negetive combustion condition for safety and cooling the grate.

1) The heat output can be 500 kw to 1400 kw;

5) Double helical coil design allows three passes of flue gas along conservatively designed coil surface area
6) Complete control systems are engineered to optimize system safety and performance. We can supply simple and cost effective standard panels, as well as full process automation and PLC based combustion control / BMS.
7) Minimum maintenance:
Flue gasses are significantly cooled therefore eliminating the need for most internal shell insulation. This minimizes long term insulation maintenance and / or replacement.
8) Insulation: The heater shell is externally insulated with mineral wool insulation and covered with aluminum cladding.
9) Economizer: With
the typical elevated operating temperatures associated with thermal oil systems, it can be difficult to obtain high efficiencies in the heater
alone. We offer a wide variety of economizers to fit your process requirements, increase your thermal efficiencies, and lower your
operating costs. The economizer can be combustion air preheat, water heater etc.
