- Strict Quality Control: The autoclave is a steel horizontal drum device, with a cover pressed by the monoblock 16MnR steel plate and a cover flange made by 16Mn forging. The seam of pressure parts undergoes postwelding stress relief heat treatment and strict nondestructive testing according to relative standards.
- Safety interlocking protection device: The industrial autoclave door with moveable quick opening structure is opened and closed by the speed reducer. Equipped with a complete safety interlocking protection device, it maximally avoids the hidden danger of misoperation, and ensures safe operation of the autoclave and safe production of operators.
- Side opening and upper opening available: It has side opening and upper opening types for your choice. - Flexible Support Available: The autoclave body is provided with a fixed support, a movable support and an end support in different parts, fitting expansion and contraction and ensuring normal operation and service life.
