Advantage feature
The only disadvantage of coal water slurry fired hot water generator is that it produces certain ash. If the CWS burner is not designed reasonable, the ash will coking and block in the furnace, which will reduce the furnace capacity and heating supply. What’s more, this will influence the continuous working, which will have a bad effect on production. In order to avoid these problem , our hot air furnace has the following feature.

- Easy for ignition: CWS hot air furnace adopt large quantity heat storage material, it will just need 50-70kg oil or 50-70nm3 gas for ignition. The whole process just need not more than 30 minutes, which is much shorter than other hot air furnace
- High dust collection efficiency: CWS hot air furnace has integrated design of combustion and dust collection, which not only with smaller space occupation and achieve high efficient dust collection efficiency. In actual measuring, the dust collection efficiency reaches beyond 96%. There is no any influence for the powder quality in spray drying tower.
- Large heating capacity: CWS hot air furnace adopt cyclone and combustion-supporting system, which make CWS achieve high burnout rate(98%) and make heat get out of furnace immediately.
