Advantage of electric heating steam boiler
No combustion cabinet and no necessity of a chimney: Thus it is not necessary to take the heat loss into consideration and the heat efficiency almost amounts to 98%. This kind of electric-heated steam boiler can meet the strictest standards for emission and fire prevention. Stepwise time-dividing input method is adopted to control the electric heating elements, thus facilitating users to flexibly adjust the heat productivity of the boiler. It will not take long for the boiler to start or stop. The adjustment range of the operational load is wide and the operation is simple. The testing and inspection for the boiler shall be carried out so as to guarantee the normal operation of the boiler for a long time.
Automatic pollution discharge: the control system carries out the real-time inspection for the ion concentration in the water; when the concentration exceeds the set value, the electromagnetic valve for pollution discharge is automatically opened so as to realize the automatic pollution discharge; then the water pump starts and fresh water is injected so as to prevent the heat-absorbing surface from incrustation.
Incrustation alarming: special technology is adopted to monitor and control the situation of the incrustation of the heat-absorbing surface in real time; in case of any excessive incrustation, the alarm will automatically perform.
The stepwise time-dividing input method is adopted to control the electrical elements so as to extend the service life of the heating elements and simultaneously and to minimize the hit of the boiler on the grid system, thus ensuring more reliable operation of the boiler.
