What is Economizer
Economizer is an energy saving device in boiler system. During the fuel firing process, there will have a lot of high temperature flue gas creation. If we let this high temperature flue gas exhuast to atomosphere, it will waste a lot of energy. Could we reuse these energy. Of course, just need to add economier.
Working Principle
Coal & Biomass boiler economizer has two side, one side is cold water, another side is high temperature flue gas. The heat exchange in the economizer. The cold water will be heated to high temperature, then these hot water will be send as feeding water of boiler. so we do not need heat cold water to hot water for lot of water. In this way , we save a lot of energy.
